My voyage starts at Riga Airport (RIX).
From here i take the midnight-flight (23:20) to Oslo.
Something mysterious happened to my flight booking and i end up having two checked baggages on my boarding pass without ever paying for it. No further questions asked my hiking poles become baggage number one to avoid discussions with security, who may deny the transport of such as carry on luggage. The second one, a box, filled with all sorts of hiker-groceries, will feed me during the first week on trail!
Everything else i bring as carry on.
After arriving in Oslo I do as many others and set up my nights camp in the departure hall. It‘s a noisy, short and not really relaxfull sleep… But at least I sleep a bit!
