Early in the morning we leave the hut and start climbing up several peaks. All of which are over 2500m high.
After a descend we arrive lizumer hut. It’s just 14:30 so we continue with the next section.
We spend the afternoon with climbing up to the Geierjoch and can enjoy an incredible nice view from up there.
The descend is slow and is followed by a steep climb to Gschützspitzsattel.
The weather seems to be getting bad so we start descending fast and leave the restricted military are behind us.
At the foot of Gschützspitzsattel there is Weitental a nice green grassy are where we pitch up our tents.
It’s a rough night with a lot of wind and rain. Not an ideal camp for such a weather.
